Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is open year round.
The mineral pools are open from 8 am - 10 pm every day.
Private Outdoor Pools can be rented from 9 am - 10 pm (last reservation is 9 pm).
Spa appointments are available from 9 am - 9 pm (last appointment is 8 pm).
Advance reservations are recommended for lodging and private pools. Spa treatments must be booked prior to arrival to ensure availability. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
Reservations are not necessary for entry to the Mineral Springs.
If you must cancel, we require 72 hours advance notice for lodging reservations, and 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of spa treatments. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged for the full cost of the room and/or treatment(s). For spa reservations, we also require that cancellations must be made by speaking with an Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs staff member and not left on voice mail.
New Policies as of June 1st:
• Springs' entry for day guests will include the use of one towel. Additional towels can be rented for $2 per towel.

• All guests who purchase a spa treatment (with the exception of Milagro Wrap & Private Tub) will receive a complimentary robe, locker and towel for use during their stay.

Babies and toddlers who are not potty trained are allowed in the large pool if they are wearing swim diapers. The entire Springs and Spa area is a Whisper Zone so that guests can have a quiet peaceful experience at this unique retreat.

Free lockers do not include a robe or second towel. Rental fee is for the day. Storing items in lockers overnight is not permitted.
*Mud Pool is open seasonally 8am - 5pm daily, weather permitting
